Candidates for public office can print an application for a place on the General Primary Ballot:

Precinct Chair and County Chair Filing Period:

County chair filing period: November 8, 2025 – December 8, 2025 (6 p.m.)

Precinct chair applications may be emailed to [email protected] and precinct and county chair candidates can print an application for a place on the ballot at:

Candidates should note that the Secretary of State has published a revised application for a place on the General Primary  ballot Form. The only form that will be accepted will have a revised date of 08/2025.

Lampasas Democratic Chair Cyndy Burleson will be at the elections office on Monday Dec. 8 from 2-6pm to accept applications.

    Doors open and set up will begin at 1:30pm so we can begin eating at 2pm. Please RSVP below, and also click this link to add your potluck dish to our shared Google Doc.
